The Pre-History and History of Malheur NWR

The Friends of Malheur NWR is turning 25 in 2024 and to commemorate this milestone, we are celebrating every month with a special guest speaker.

For February’s presentation, we welcome Carla Burnside, US Fish & Wildlife Services’s Regional Cultural Resource Coordinator. Her presentation will be:

The Pre-History and History of Malheur NWR

Carla will share her knowledge of Malheur’s history from precontact to the era of modern day management.

Attendance is FREE

Donations are welcome. Suggested donation of $10/attendee.
