Birders Connect – Birding & Comradery
Bird walks and drinks the second Thursday of each month from May to September. Bird walk locations will vary and will typically be close-ish to town. Though they might travel farther afield some months.
For this outing, we’ll meet at the parking area near the outhouse at the Radar Hill OHV area (travel up the Burns-Hines Logging Rd several miles, the outhouse will be visible on the left before the crest of Radar Hill). We’ll wander through the northern part of the OHV area looking for upland passerines, particularly Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher. We’ll head to drinks, meals, and socializing after.
